The DL220-7 is built with operators in mind. In the roomier, more comfortable cab, we relocated controls for intuitive use. See all important settings and a rearview camera view on the Doosan Smart Touch screen.

The cab includes more glass area, a full glass door, larger mirrors and optional LED work lights. Add the Doosan-exclusive Transparent Bucket option to “see through” the bucket from an in-cab display.

All that plus an upgraded heating and air conditioning system, Doosan Smart Guidance System that provides tips for operators to achieve more efficient machine operation, and a Doosan Smart Key for push-button engine starts.

DoosanCONNECT® Telematics provides real-time data to help you manage maintenance and reduce operating costs. From a user-friendly mobile app and website, you can quickly check fleet status, machine location, operating hours, fuel usage, engine idle vs. work time, error codes, engine and hydraulic oil temperature and various other data points.

Balance of Power and Efficiency
Situation Awareness Technology (SAT) helps save fuel by adjusting engine output to the needs of the drivetrain and hydraulics.

Three power modes deliver the right balance of power and fuel economy. Automatic transmission modes shift gears to maximize efficiency, an auto-idle feature reduces engine rpm, and auto-shutdown turns off the engine after a set amount of idle time.

To comply with Tier 4 emissions standards, the DL220-7 incorporates a high-pressure common-rail (HPCR) fuel delivery system as well as cooled exhaust gas recirculation (CEGR), combined with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and selective catalyst reduction (SCR) with diesel exhaust fluid (DEF).
