Why should I order online?
Ordering online lets you shop our full inventory and save time by making sure the parts you need are available and ready for you to pick up when you arrive to the store.
How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy! Head over to the Berchtold MyDealer Portal Page and click on the "SIGN UP HERE" button left to create an account for us to approve within one business day.
Can I Pick up in-store?
You can pick up in-store or we can ship your parts order directly to your location.
Do I need to have an account?
You do not need a Berchtold MyDealer Portal account to access the Berchtold MyDealer Portal. You can checkout as a guest and we will ask you if you want to sign up for an account if you change your mind. When checking out as a guest, please make sure you select the correct Berchtold MyDealer location to make sure we have your part ready at the right location for pickup.
